I've been a customer since 2019 and overall it's been great. However, since the merge to extra storage space I have noticed the upkeep of the bathroom has fallen off. It used to be very clean and tidy. Now, it's been very dirty and unsanitary. I can say that when Jennifer was there the bathroom was always clean. Other than that it's still a safe and secure building.

Debbie was very welcoming and informative. Update: My rate has increased by $41 after 6 months. I really hate that storage units do this. But they did agree to lower the increase 1/2.

I am simply amazed at the service that I received today from Miss Olga. She is an amazing and unique customer service representative. This was my first time as a storage unit customer and she made me feel comfortable and answered all my questions. She helped me navigate through the contract process and went an extra mile to show me how to use the storage unit and just blessed me so well! Her smile and professionalism meant everything as she maintained positive energy with the many customers coming in. So many people came in with issues while I was there and she handled each one with grace and compassion.I was Very overwhelmed at just having to move and relocate, and Miss Olga truly made my day. A review isn’t even enough to say thank you for this service. They are lucky to have her as a representation of this company. PS- the unit was clean and nice!
