I secured my storage space on line and read to be there within 24hr. I noticed the office closes at 6pm and I didn't get off work the next day until 530pm. Coming from anywhere in Atlanta is gone be a stretch to make it but I persisted. I pulled into the parking lot at 558pm. Pulled the door and was surprised it was unlocked. I expected a rushed reception, but instead I was greeted as if he was waiting for me. I got a through breakdown and explanation of how things work with Life Storage. I forgot the man's name that was working at the Moreland SE Atlanta location Friday September 22nd at 5:58pm. But I will always remember his service.

First time customer with Life Storage as of 8/24/23. I was assisted by a gentlemen named Viondi Copeland of Moreland Ave store, although his experience extended to the Hapeville location, where my belongings are now. Mr. Copeland attentively and patiently gave me his undivided attention for at least one hour. Unbeknownst to him, the payment system caused a stumble in our lengthy attempt but his think fast ethics, activated into immediate problem solving. His inclusivity of other colleagues to make a decision to not have to double charge me, calmed my anxiety and nerves. In the end, accommodations were made that I was momentarily satisfied with and allowed to proceed with the storage move in. I panicked, Viondi did not and that’s exceptional customer service. Company representation at its best!!

The units were clean. The security to the entire facility is top tier!! The staff is very friendly, accommodating, and understanding. I most definitely am going use this storage location again.
