I didn’t give 5 stars because the situation shouldn’t have happened in the first place and the companies insurance sucks. However, these ladies did their best to work with me. "Today I experienced a very hateful employee. I asked for help to lock my storage unit. She seemed annoyed that I asked for help. Then went on to ask if this was my first time coming to the unit. If I need help every time I'm there, it's their job to help I got a little nervous because of her attitude. "Mam put the key in", very nasty like. When I locked my unit she walked away. Never experienced that with Steve."

"It's always hot on the 4 floor. The first floor and basement is freezing. When I called to check on pricing I was lied to by Steven, He stated that the price was NOT going up and within 24 hours or less I check my account and it went up an extra $53."
