Honestly there have been plenty of times when I have struggled to pay, and Andre has been incredibly helpful. He is a great communicator and I can tell that he really cares about us patrons and our belongings. He is genuinely so easy to deal with and I always feel better after speaking with him. Give him a raise! Lol

I now have more than one storage unit at the Oak St location. My needs keep changing. I have visited the facility on multiple occasions. The condition of the facility continues to impress. Having dealt with several staff members, I can say they all take pride in the cleanliness of the facility and have gone above and beyond helping me with my packing and storage needs.

Incredibly clean, cool, and affordable space. Not only is the staff extremely friendly , but they have the best music playing. The elevators are extra tall and doors open on both sides. I mean nobody “likes” moving, but they make it extremely easy. If I ever need another storage unit, you better believe it’ll be with Life Storage. ????
