I recently opened a lease for a storage locker online, which was followed by a prompt follow up call from the local store. Ms JaVone made the instore process of obtaining the keys, escorting me to the locker, answering every question and validating the gate code with the utmost professionalism and pure kindness. I am temporarily less mobile due to hip issue, so Ms. JaVone took her time...actually extra time during the entire process including offering me a wheeled office chair to navigate the maze of hallways. Ms JaVone is a gift!!

Excellent excellent excellent! I just rented a unit from this location. I’m moving from a different location that had abysmal and combative customer service. The women who work here are an absolute breath of fresh air. Kind, knowledgeable and friendly. I want to have my stuff there just because they’re so nice.
