The customer service experience was outstanding especially when setting up my account and signing the lease. Nicole was very helpful when she noticed that I was about to make an error by creating another account. As a senior, I was quite impressed that she was so diligent to notice within less than a few minutes that I was unknowingly creating a second account. She immediately called me and not only alerted me of my error but walked me through locating the correct document for signing. I will definitely refer this location for storage.
