"Dickie (sp) was a huge help and super kind. Despite being on a break and working alone, he was ready to help me pick out some boxes when my storage place couldn’t. He showed me all the options, was super nice, and even helped me with the door and with carrying out the boxes and loading them into my car. Moving and packing really sucks, didn’t expect to have a smile in the middle of the chaos. Customer service is so important in that it can make or break a rough day. I think Dickie knows this and I appreciate him for it."
