My first experience with life storage was great. I was professionally helped by Chloe and she was awesome. When I arrived to facility she had a full lobby of people to attend that all came in at once but she had the patience and handled the customer service in a great manner. I will definitely continue business with this location thanks to her.

I won an auction and drove from St. John’s to St.Augustine to pay and put on lock. When I return the following Saturday to empty out the unit, I arrived at the facility and realized that I forgot the keys to the lock in St. John’s. It was about 15 minutes before the office closed, and I asked the young lady Chloe if she could cut the lock off for me Because I left the keys at home. Without hesitation, she said “Sure! I’ll meet you at the unit” miss Chloe was my angel that day!

What ever you think about storage places—forget it. The storage place is the best there is. Friendly staff, tenants are also friendly so far everything is clean like they just built it, but, it's been there for years. I cannot thank Carolina enough for her professional assistance during my move into the storage unit. It's also next door to Walmart so anything you need is right next door.

You’re be surprised how clean it is inside. It looks really new inside. Carolina is the best. She’s so sweet. They have a lot of helpful ideas and offered different sizes she’s very knowledgeable about the information she provided. Great prices as well.
