Jim was very courteous and helpful, answered all my questions, made sure I got the right unit for what I needed, and even picked a cart that rolled better when I was unloading my car. I got a great deal online, and signed the paperwork and made the payment at the office today. The whole process was quick and seamless. Evans was very helpful, too. The facility is clean and well maintained, the office staff is friendly and accommodating, and all interactions in person and over the phone were pleasant. I'm happy I found this facility, and highly recommend them."

While I had booked 2 lockers with a lovelyl telephone agent, I wanted to view the lockers in person . And that's when I met the amazing Kayla!! She did headstands to ensure I was given the best locker locations and price. She also offered the name of a moving company she had witnessed first hand and was impressed with their service. She was right!! Best of all , Kayla's kind, thoughtful and thorough personal and professional support gave me peace of mind . "This place is awesome! And Kayla is the reason. When we went to rent our unit, she was so nice to take the time to show what was available and make sure we were happy with our selection. She went through each step of the process and explained everything (no surprises here). When we were all finished with the paperwork she followed us from the outside all the way to our unit to make sue the codes worked and we new where to go. "Great Customer Service! I called today to ask about sizes of units and how there storage facility was set up. I spoke to customer representative, Keana. She was so thorough with all of the information. I was worried if they could accommodate the space I needed as I was looking for a space that had high ceilings. I was impressed with the 10x17 size unit that has 9 feet high ceilings! Keana was so thorough with all of the information. Her energy when talking to me was so vibrant, that it made me even more excited and looking forward to my move from Illinois! Bonus on the First Month's Rent is FREE!"
