She was so kind and made my experience here great. I know for a fact that I can suggest this storage area to anyone and everyone! They even have little trolley-like pieces you can use to bring your stuff up towards the other floors. They have bathrooms. It's very clean, like I see no cons for this area!"

"We were at Public storage ( next door) trying to purchase bubble wrap and they had no one in their storefront. I made my way next door to be greeted with a nice friendly front desk person who was very helpful. This experience gave me life for real."

"Several years back I needed a storage space but it had to be safe, secure, and air conditioned so my things would not get damaged. I also wanted to have comfortable, easy access. I searched high and low to the point where I was ready to give up. Then one day I walked into Uncle Bob’s I met their staff, I toured the facilities. Finally I had found it. Super nice people, friendly and helpful. Safe and secure location including the covered parking area where I would do my loading and unloading without having to worry about the weather or theft. They always had plenty of carts clean and ready for me to use, clean restrooms, and the place was always kept nice and cool with plenty of lighting. In all the years I used the space I never saw it any less than perfect. I have now gotten a bigger home and the time came to bring my items home. Oh and did I mention the people…… As Tony the Tiger would say “Their Great” Thank you Yanely and Mike for everything! Would I recommend this place? Well I took the time to write all this so, Yes I would!!"

"There aren’t enough words that have been invented in modern languages that can accurately describe the warm, welcoming and helpful ways this LifeStorage location and the immaculate Kharetta has handled me and my highly stressful situation. A calming energy that makes the entire process [and any errors, like in my case] an easy experience. Kinda sad to go because I won’t be able to see her and her invitingly nurturing personality that can ease practically any maddening situation. Someone needs to get to cloning Kharetta, STAT. The world needs more souls like her’s. P.S. I couldn’t figure out how to hack the website and give the ACCURATE rating of seven stars….so I will settle with 5."

The AC is kept at a comfortable setting. The one caveat is the new timer on the lights in the hallways, so that if I'm going thru a box in the unit the sensor doesn't pick up movement in the hall & the lights go off, so I have to stumble out to get the lights on again."
