I have had nothing but great service from this storage facility! We rented their moving van at a super reasonable rate and had the unit for about a year. Facilities are always clean and the staff is always friendly. Any help we have needed they have been accommodating. Highly recommend Life Storage! ************ That previous review is 100% correct. That being said just like most storage facilities the honeymoon does not last forever. The cleanliness, helpfulness & friendliness is still there but the storage rates continued to go up exponentially after about a year. I went into a smaller unit trying to offset the cost & that rate started climbing as well. Seemed like every 3rd month was a rate increase! I would suggest using a storage facility for a few months at the introductory rate if necessary & then investing in a shed if possible. At least you will have something to show for after years of payments.

Would like to return because Stephanie the attendant is very friendly. She always takes pride in keeping the facility including restrooms clean and you will see her sanitize the knobs and buttons Whenever I stopped by Stephanie was always ready to answer any questions regarding my storage unit

The prices of storage units have drastically increased over the last 2 years. Stephanie and Brittany helped me figure out an option that works for me AND saves me money at their location without having to close my unit completely. Thank you ladies!

I have rented storage places before. But Rhett at the Beach Boulevard location is the best. He was very professional and patient. I contacted him 6 months ago and when we got back to the US, I decided to reach back out to him. Unfortunately he wasn’t at the Deerwood location anymore and had moved to the Beach Boulevard location. Shawn was at the Deerwood location, closer and more convenient. I did not let my interaction with Shawn or the lack thereof deter me from renting with Life Storage. If it wasn’t for Rhett’s professionalism, patience and kindness, I would have definitely gone somewhere else. Although further away, I decided to rent a storage space with Rhett today. His location was very clean and he took the time to explain everything in detail and also go back and walk with me and put a lock on my storage. I didn’t even have to ask. He is a true example of what customer service is supposed to be. And he is a true representation of Life Storage and an asset to the company and I would definitely recommend this location. I couldn’t have asked for better. Thank you Rhett. You are truly appreciated.
