    "Never used the storage unit and when called to try and resolve the matter I was told I had to come in on the following Monday to sign a form to cancel the unit... I am unable to drive to the unit at the current time and was no longer in need of the unit on the same day I paid for it. When I asked about getting my money back I was told I would have to wait for a check but I paid cash...I don't have transportation right now so I can't make it to the facility to sign the paper and now I will have lost my whole payment even though I never used or put a lock on the unit."
