Haven’t had a storage unit in a long time. Walked into this location and dealt with Ken and it was the most easiest, transparent and friendliest interaction I’ve ever had a storage unit. I was expecting someone to not be friendly because they weren’t happy with where they were working but Ken is the complete opposite. He was friendly, happy and had a great attitude, all 4 times I walked in with questions. I definitely recommend you storing your items here coming from a new customer!!!

It was a very smooth experience. Whitney at the office made my day so much better. I was struggling with opening the lock on my unit and she went and tried herself. I went in right when it was closing time and she still took the time to help me out and with a great attitude. Best experience I’ve had at life storage thanks to Whitney.
