The staff at this facility were the most helpful out of any we visited in the area. In particular, Whitney helped us figure out the best solution to fit our needs and took extra time to ensure we were satisfied. She remembered us every time we came in the door and smiled and laughed with us through the whole process! The maintenance of the facility itself might need some work. They struggled through the most recent weather and have a number of emergency lights that need to be repaired. Overall the building is new feeling and the units are all clean.

Whitney and Ken are simply the best. They are the dynamic duo I have had the pleasure of having Whitney’s assistance in transfering my unit to a smaller unit and she has the best customer service she is so welcoming, charismatic and truly makes the experience so great. Ken was the guru and was so caring he is who set me up initially and his expertise and patience were so great he made suggestions on the initial unit size helped me get best price and recommended all the supplies I needed when I got started. The units are well kept, clean and secured. I highly recommend for storage your items will be in good care, the online system is great and the customer service is always top notch.
