I had billing issues as I am living oversees more frequently. Bart answered my Skype call from Greece and could not have been more helpful. We set up autopay again after new management had changed and account numbers. Thank you Bart. I have always found Life Storage easy to use when in Stamford and appreciate their ongoing support as needed while away.

Bart was incredibly helpful with my unit after booking online and realizing there was a support beam in the middle of it. Additionally, the day that I came in the power was out due to a Eversource issue. Bart handled the situation calmly and professionally, and followed up directly after the issues were resolved. I strongly recommend this facility solely because of the exceptional service Bart provided!

Excellent accommodations getting in and out of facility. Location manager Bart is top notch and extremely helpful when selecting unit size, also a wealth of knowledge regarding Life Storage. Highly recommend this facility. Previously used their Hope Street location. Great as well but not as easy to get in and out of with moving trucks.
