My experience at Life Storage in Old Saybrook CT has been excellent thanks to Shana, the manager. The facility is spotless and Shana is extremely helpful whenever we need help. I had experience with a storage unit that my mom used years ago and I never met the owner or manager. It was basically a garage with no help and it wasn’t cheap either! Shana is wonderful!
