Leased 2 spaces with the help of Ulpiano at Life Storage. He was accommodating and pleasant to work with. The facility is always clean and access is always easy. I already have one indoor climate controlled unit and came back for additional space in a convenient location. I'm extremely pleased with the service at Life Storage!

Friendly staff. Ulpiano always goes the extra mile to help. The location is good and is clean. The place is far from perfect though. My biggest issue is they raise the rent every 6 months and it's always substancial. You only get a 1 month warning. I'm not cheap, i'm willing to pay a reasonable price, but commit to it. They definitely don't want you staying long. Eventually, the price will make you think of buying a shed or finding a different storage place. They require you to buy insurance. This is the first place I've rented from that does that. For someone like me that constantly rotates what I have stored in there makes it impossible for me to actually get an insurance claim if I actually needed to. The last thing that is just a minor annoyance is that if you are in your unit, you need to drive out of the gate and upfront to access the office. They keep the side door locked. It's a little inconvenient. Overall its a good place to rent short term. If you are planning to rent more than 6 months, it will get expensive.
