I love my storage. It’s so spacious. The hours are convenient and with a climate control facility, my things don’t get all messed up. The staff is also very amazing, professional and polite. My kind of place to do business with ?????? definitely recommended

Since Extra Space took over, I've had my bill increased 3 times, by a total of nearly 33%. That's why I'm only eating 3 stars. Otherwise it would be 5. Before that, I had zero problems with Life Storage. The staff has always been helpful and courteous.

After having issues with other storage centers, I called a Life Storage operator to find me a unit. The next morning I received a call from Nikki at the Milldale location, with exactly what I needed. She walked me to the unit, checked it all out (very clean, bright, secure, and pretty cool with the climate being controlled), and she explained all the details of the agreement. She was upfront about my internet price and how it probably would go up via a "letter from corporate" since the internet price is to get people in the door. How often are people that up-front with customers? Nikki was extremely kind and helpful, and made it a breeze to lock down exactly what I needed for my move! Would absolutely recommend this location to anyone needing storage.

I honestly have great experience location is very convenient accessible is great I had 2 units and I have no complaints climate control is awesome my furniture are in great condition. And the staff pretty friendly and helpful .

Excellent 5-star customer service by Ulpiano! This storage facility is clean, dry, temperature- controlled, and is conveniently located near I-84 and 691. My only complaint is regarding the company’s frequent rate increases. For that reason, I cannot give a 5-star review.

Nikki and Ulpiano were absolutely amazing. Storage facility is clean, well lit and much better than the competition! I was even able to lock in my rate 16 months at an extremely low rate. This place rocks.
