I’ve had a really good experience at this storage facility, I was able to commence the lease for my storage unit online for the following day and had no issues accessing the unit at any point. When I was leaving it was also very easy to give notice and they even swept out the unit for me once they saw our truck pull away! Thanks Matt for everything!

Everything went smoothly until I paid and asked for a receipt. I was told it would be emailed to me, but I never received it. Also, I would prefer to have a monthly invoice to remind me to pay the bill, but I'm on my own.
