"I was expecting to rent a truck to move my belongings but the associate was able to give me access to the facility's truck. After I had moved everything in and went to the office to settle up, the associate offered me water (it was a hot day!) and let me catch my breath before finishing the paperwork. "Great storage place and friendly staff. However, facilities are not patrolled at night. At the facility I rented from, there were people living in some of the storage units. I had two experiences of this nature. So I would often go to the storage facility and see people who were loitering around for purposes other than storage at night. Please patrol and monitor the facilities at night. Please do not let people rent the units as apartments. Otherwise Uncle Bob's [Life Storage] is doing a great job and is to be recommended."

"I LOVED being able to use your truck to move my stuff in. That was one of the main reasons I chose Uncle Bob's [Life Storage] rather than another storage facility. The associate was nice and helpful. When I realized the bigger unit I had reserved online was too big, she let me change to a smaller unit with no troubles.
