Reserved and payed for everything online before visiting in person. I wasn’t sure how everything worked so I checked in with the office. The manager could have just pointed me but he took the time to walk me over to my unit. He already had my lock and keys waiting for me, explained how everything worked and I was loading up my unit within 5 mins of arriving. A/C was cold inside which goes a long way when it’s 100 deg outside and elevators are big and fast. Perfect for me.

The whole experience was great. One location didn't have the size I needed so they directed me to the other local location and called ahead to hold the Unit. Professional and easy process to get setup. Mike at the Jefferson location was great. Location is well maintained, Unit was clean, easy to access, and door was easy to operate.

They were having some issues with the gate the first day I went in to put a lock on my unit, but Mike in the front office was so helpful. He showed me where my unit was, gave me my lock, and then even called me as soon as the gate was fixed. Great customer service, my experience so far has been very good.

My husband and I had a great experience setting up a rental plan this past weekend. The gentleman at the front desk Michael was very helpful, gave us a tour of the property and answered all of our questions. Property is very clean and looks well maintained.

I had a very positive experience with the gentleman at the facility doing a move-in of items. We checked in and he walked us to the location showed us where our storage unit was and reviewed has facility ran. Facility was clean the staff person. Very friendly and helpful.
