Restaurant has been most beneficial to me since I have moved in there the hours are definitely longer cost efficient compared to my other unit that I've been with for years that has increased increased increased and nothing gets better there though and my storage I'm hoping this is all changed so far I've been pleased with service I received

Johnny was really helpful & was able to help me through the process to reserve online , he was really patient & was able to answer my 10+ questions I asked ! Not sure what happened to my previous review because I wanted to add onto it. My previous review I had written stated that when my mom had questions about her storage, Johnny was very helpful in assisting us on all the questions and concerns we had. It was very much appreciated as he answered all of our questions and was able to help us! What I wanted to add on was that today my mom and I had came to the office to discuss about other questions/concerns & Ariana was there to assist us. We appreciate any help we can get, and are very thankful. I hope this review stays because I’m not entirely sure what happened to my other review lol. I think they’re deserve a great review :)

The team here at Life storage is exceptional, and I mean above and beyond five Star service. I've had several issues with late payments and I've always gotten reminder calls and they've always reached out to me to make sure I wouldn't lose my storage and even worked around my situation so that I can clear it out and close it up without it going into collections. Johnny is an exceptional manager and he's very caring and mindful . I have never had any issues at this storage facility at all. Thank you so much to everybody that was involved in helping me keep my storage and move it out....
