If you need a small or large storage area come here... I try not to show up near closing time but today I had no choice. I was still greeted with a smile & a no worries how can I help attitude. NICK helped me find the right storage and location that fit all my needs.

I had a awkwqrd kind of scary experience with a door that broke and was stuck open. I got stuck inside the facility as it was now after hours and I'm unable to.close my unit. The office was closed. I couldnt leave through the gate because access was closed and I wouldn't have neen able to get back in. I called the office number couldnt get through to live person by phone, so I left a rather colorful message on VM, sorry for the language. At that point it was about an hour i so I decided to called 911 for emergency assistance, they relayed the distress call to the Life Storage team and site manager Nick showed up really fast and saved the day. Thank you for your quick response to my emergency.

Nick and Michael are just super! They went over all of my storage options in a professional, friendly, no-pressure manner. In the end, they set me up with the perfect unit. Had to pull some things from my unit today, but someone must have backed into my door, it had a small dent and was very difficult to open. The manager came right away and was able to make adjustments to the roll up door and get it back on its track. Door is now actually easier to pull up on than it was originally. Very helpful and quick thinking to resolve my issue. Thank you.

This is an updated review. I recently had some changes to my storage account and had questions about my monthly bill. While at the facility, I spoke with Nick and I was able to ask him about updating my bank information and he even went above and beyond and was able to waive a late fee due to mismatched bank information. He handled everything so professionally and was very pleasant to talk to. Thank you for your help Nick, I appreciate you.

Got to meet the District Manager of this particular storage facility today, not exactly on the best terms (my gf and I were arguing quite loud) and she kindly came over and politely asked us to "tone it down a bit". She was showing a customer a unit ( I believe, I didn't ask ). She was super professional. She actually had turned the situation from something completely negative to something positive and has us thinking a different way about our situation and got us on a new thought process and turned our day around fully. She actually had kept conversation with us for several minutes even though she had plenty to do I'm sure. Her name is Jenny and she is a great person, she took the time to discuss a few things with us that we had not understood about our storage facility that we are clear about now, and she didn't have to do any of that. Jenny could have just as easily kicked us to the curb because of our behavior acting like kids when we are both grown adults. Moving isn't easy, most people don't have a heart these days and she does. Great place to store your things very clean and the actual onsite manager Nick is a hell of a guy, goes above and beyond for anyone here. Great place. Great staff very reasonable pricing. Thanks guys
