Came within minutes to spare today before they closed and the staff was SOOOOOO helpful. They were closing and gladly assisted me with finding my unit and a new lock and were very communicative about my monthly rate. On top of that they were very friendly, which is a bonus after a long day. Thank you!

Jordan was very pleasant each time that I interaction with him. He saved me a trip by closing out my account over the phone and I am grateful to him for that. Life storage is very clean, easy to access, and very secure. I forgot to utilize it because I was in a rush but you get a discount online for your first month, I would suggest it.

Great new client prices but my unit cost tripled in 2 yrs I was there. Paid $340 for a 10x20. Convenient hours to get in unit. No problems or thefts. Place is very secure. Will use Life storage again.
