I first off half to say that I enjoy most things about this facility - from the staff to the cleanliness. Whenever I talk to Becky she is ALWAYS the kindest and sweetest person ever. She’s helped me out numerous times and explains my options in great detail. Life gets busy sometimes and she’s always so great about calling and reminding me to pay my bill to avoid late fees. Whenever I visit my unit, everything is always in tip top shape and there’s not any trash to be found. I do however, have to say that since they got bought out I’ve had some issues with the rent being raised without any notice, apparently just some small postcard is sent in the mail - No email, letter or call. Kinda shady and very corporate. Overall besides corporate greed, I am extremely happy with my unit here.
