The facility is clean, well run. What I didn't like is the rate changes every year. They were outrageous.

Money is tight and getting tighter. Moving is most often a continuous ordeal of stress headaches… That’s why I absolutely love and trust renting space(s) at Life Storage Pomona. Service and Assistant Manager Juan is so personable and professional; he’s made my stressful situation manageable. It’s always a pleasure doing business with Juan ????. Lecia the manager at Life Storage Pomona, she’s a Sweetie too ??. She always keeps everything fine tuned and running like a top. I’ve never had an issue with security or trash and debris at the site. The rates are really reasonable at Life Storage Pomona; the best I’ve found thus far in the surrounding area. With impeccable and friendly customer service plus really great rental rates, you really can’t go wrong putting your trust in the crew and management at Life Storage Pomona.

First, I'd like to say thank you very much Lecia for an awesome experience in your office. I want to say that she explained everything to me, she showed me the storage, how to use the locks, the contact, and all that was required of her. She was friendly and kind. She explained everything to me with an awesome smile and a professional attitude. I really enjoyed just talking with her about something so simple; she made it as if we knew each other in the past. I would like to say that my life storage rep Licia was the best very caring and knowledgeable helpful she is a true asset to this company and should be rewarded with the upmost reward there is in customer service after my call with her I was lost for word on how a person can be so nice ?? when it’s Monday and those are the busiest Licia still gave me the customer the attention I needed to get my storage thank you ?? this was really a 5 star experience thank you Licia for making it a great experience
