Juan is the best! He's been my go to since day one over a year ago; with all my paperwork and just any questions I have. Just last week he figured out the gates for me instead of the 800 customer service number on the key pin pad! I spent over an hour on the phone with "IT" and they couldn't help! Juan fixed it within minutes! Thank you Juan for your excellent customer service ??!
