"I was in the middle of a move and became very ill. The next thing I knew I need to find a place to store my belongings while I went to the hospital. At first I had a little difficulty meeting up with one of the employees there to get started but Jason is the man. He told me he was actually fillng in for someone else that was supposed to be there. He could see that I was not feeling well at all and made the process as easy as possible while expediting my rental agreement. I had been driving around with almost half of my belongings in my work truck for 3 days. Thank you"

While I was there they told me about improvements they are implementing and when I had a problem with the locks on both of my units, which was my fault and not theirs, Becky who is the new manager, jumped right in and was super helpful.
