"This is a long overdue review for Life storage Irvine's manager, Dan . I have been at this facility for a very long time ( 10 yrs +) always liked the outdoor drive-up convivence and close proximity to the 5/405 freeway. Dan is professional, helpful and nice with all my storage needs, he goes out of his way to be helpful. Most importantly the facility has drastically improved in cleanliness and safety of the premises ( installing cameras ) since his arrival !! I can now give it 5 stars !!!"

"this is probably the worst storage place ever. trash, homeless, drug addicts and child molesters reside here. no joke..people walking in doing dope deals before management gets in. bathrooms..i wont let my dog in there. its so bad..the tenants in the front of the complex are leaving in big numbers because of the drug addicts. life storage..in a vein attempt to keep tennats, repaved lot and fixed lights. the trash was over exceeding the walls and it will be interesting what happens when it gets filled again. last time they hired someone to pick up trash they wrecked my truck and wont admit blame. life storage was absolutely no help. what kind of b.s. company is this. its the cheapest..so stay away..you' ve been warned"

"Expensive!  Moving out because they raise rates on current renters so they can offer 3 months free for new customers.  Has happened twice now. GREEDY & OTHER FACILITIES IN THE AREA ARE CHEAPER! And not the nicest or cleanest!"
