Placing my items here in Life storage was such a blessing. This was a terrific place to store your stuff. The people there are helpful. They do everything to help you with every need that you have. If there is a problem just talk to them. Let them work with you. They are terrific to store your items in, I would do it again

Very friendly take time to help you out. I wanna let you guys all know that if you have a storage here check on it because there has been a lot of break I s how do I know because I was there eyes and ears around here and also Kelsey the manager let me sleep inside my unit. I had 24 hour access and the code to the trash can and the firth floor bathroom was open. And I was aloud . to go in the office to use the microwave. And bring food upto my unit. Also at one time she gave me her personal code to get in a couple of times. Well I have been kicked out because of stupid reasons. She a poor manager. When I call her to let her know stuff she hangs up on me also blocks me from emailing her and also gives a time to move out but when I get there my code is denied.. also the unit isn't in my name she hasn't even contacted the real person thar owns the unit. The bathroom on the forth floor is closed now because said they are having bathroom issues. No they just don't wanna clean it. I kept the bathroom cleaned. The black guy on the forth floor he waits til the managers leave and he's up in his unit sleeping most if the time. Sneaks food up there and he's got bad body irder.

Bri and Kelsey were Amazing! Best price in the area and the facility is VERY clean!!!! They both went out of their way to help me from when I first called and when I came in person. Process was fast and easy. 10/10 definitely recommend :)

I got great service from Kelsey but under questionable circumstances. My monthly payment increased - actually doubled! With no warning. When I called I was able to request a lower payment. I got good service. My payment is still higher than it was and what I was anticipating after about five months. It feels a little shady to have my payment go up so much without warning … but the assistance was very nice. Also - the facility is clean and secure and feel safe there and like my things are safe.

Bree was AWESOME and super helpful!!! She was full of energy and had a great positive attitude! We highly recommend renting from her!

Kelsey was pleasant, courteous and very professional. I had several questions, she was patient and answered them to the best of her ability. She honored the price that was originally quoted to me from the rate dispatcher. My arrival walking from the parking lot Justin greeted me and escorted me to the lobby entrance. He was a complete gentleman. When unloading he gave my daughter a chair to sit when he saw her standing. Kelsey and Justin made the process quick and easy. The building and unit was clean and well lit. I even had a light switch in my unit. Nothing but good vibes.

Convenient area and the staff is cool.. better, waaaay better than public sto......(Yall know what place I'm sayin)
