Daniel and Andrew were so friendly and helpful with getting me set up with my new storage unit! Daniel went above and beyond by waiting after closing time since I was driving all the way from North Hollywood to Torrance so I could get access on the same day of signing the lease. 10/10 customer service! Accessing the gate, building, and my storage unit is so easy as well. A much better experience than my previous storage unit.

Andrew has been great and very accommodating at answering all my questions and taking care of any of the issues I had. Place has been going through some changes and upgrades since being there. They've added a lot to of new carts and upgraded their security system. The facility can be a bit cleaner, but its still ok in my books. The bad thing I will mention is the price hikes. The company will raise prices on you after 3 months of signing. They're asking almost double the price of what I'm paying per month. So take that into consideration before hauling your stuff over.
