"The facility is always dirty, and the elevator is broken every now and then, which is unbelievable considering how much we’re paying for using their services. They have no control over parking either. Some renters park their large trucks in the lot which blocks other customers from accessing parking space. This is not a private facility for just one renter, so one person should not be obstructing three parking spaces with their trucks. They should get their own warehouse if they’re going to bring in their large trucks"

"Storage has rats that chew through cardboard boxes, from allowing previous occupants to store dry foods. Storage is located in South Central, and is extraordinarily dangerous to go to, and from. Life Storage has engaged in predatory practices- raising rent twice in the last year, during the pandemic. Tenants are having to file a class action lawsuit from predatory and unethical price gouging. Additionally, they add many of these previous reviews, so that potential customers are not aware of health issues from pests/rats and unethical and illegal business practices involving price gouging."
