I first went to the Kolb location, and Samantha was so incredibly helpful about talking through getting set up! Unfortunately there wasn't a unit in the size that I needed at her location but she helped locate a unit that would fit my needs at their Tanque Verde space! At the new location, Tom was equally as helpful and efficient in getting me set up so I could start storing my items right away! Both facilities were very clean, well lit, easy to access, with kind and attentive management. Highly recommend if you need some... Extra Space! ??

Life Storage is just what I needed and they were there when I needed them. A much better price, closer to me, and superb customer service, so I just couldn't resist. I actually called them to be sure and was able to complete the process over the phone with ease. Then when we got to the facility, Tom made us feel so welcomed and I was happy to find out that I was the 4th person to rent space at that location. A truly wonderful experience indeed.

After many calls not finding what we needed, I called Life Storage and problem solved. They asked not only about our desire for a truly air conditioned space, they wanted to know where lived. Why? Because they have a number of facilities in the Tucson area. I called the one closest to us and found Tom. This man was authentic, which goes along way with me. Twice on the phone, because my movers under estimated the size of space we needed. Tom, once again went the distance to revise everything and fully accommodate me 100%. Between Tom and a finely run company, I could not be happier. Thank you, Barry

Top notch customer service! Beginning with the rep that assisted me over the phone, I believe his name was Charlie. Made the phone call very pleasant, very knowledgeable! And then the manager on site Tom, nothing but great service thus far from him! Apparently I was their 1st customer at this newly built and newly opened storage. Given that fact, there have been a few minor bugs that they're still trying to work out, but Tom has made navigating those couple of extremely minor glitches. Great location, feels like a safe area, and climate controlled, not to mention affordable. If you're in need of storage, don't hesitate to come here!
