Life Storage at Orange Grove Rd and Oracle Road in Tucson is very clean, and reasonably priced. Doug the manager is very knowledgeable and organized, easy to deal with. Reserve a storage locker on line and you will pay about half the price!

WHEN A COMPANY HAS A PARTICULAR KIND OF CULTURE IT SHOWS UP - AND EMPLOYEES ALWAYS REFLECT THE KIND OF TREATMENT AND HELP THAT MATTERS. IT CREATES A CUSTOMER BASE THAT COUNTS. Doug Vieth, the manager at the facility on W Orange Grove Rd, Tucson AZ, is helpful, considerate and kind. Every single time I have talked to Doug when I go into the office he is welcoming,, cheerful and has a naturally warm style. And he also has a big smile when he greets you. I always react when somebody is authentic. Doug cares about customers, gives exact details and advice simply and quickly and will clear up a problem in 2 seconds flat. He’s very sharp. Most of all though, besides the skills he has that truly qualify him for his job, it’s his kindness that matters. Everybody appreciates kindness, even mean, grumpy people who don’t say thank you respond to being treated in a nice way. It was around 108 degrees here yesterday. When I finished loading boxes into my car I was so drained I was literally staggering in the heat. I walked into speak to Doug. I was exhausted and told him and he offered me a seat to rest and checked the AC so I could get cool air where I sat - and told me where the cold water was to help me cool down. He’s just a very nice guy and the kind of employee who truly is an asset to his company. I would give Doug 565 stars in a 5 star rating choice anytime.
