If it wasn’t for Victor I would have found a different storage company. I had been calling several Life Storage locations and none of them had everything we need for our business. Victor answered the phone on my last attempt and was so very helpful! He did a search for me too and found a storage that checked all the boxes! He got back to me immediately. Victor was extremely nice, well informed, efficient and helpful. He anticipated all our questions before we asked. He was very patient in explaining how to lock the unit, as well as the ins and outs of the insurance program. This is our second time at Life Storage and it is as great as ever. We still appreciate being able to drive directly through the garage doors to the inside of the building.
