This rental storage facility far exceeded my expectations! Made all my arrangements via online process. Was emailed my space number & access codes the day prior & move in process went great! My experience with Life Storage was great! I was greeted with a smile and helped right away. Norissa and Alisha were very thorough and efficient with their explanations on how the facility works. Norissa showed me how to operate the gate, showed me where the restrooms are and offered me complimentary water. The facility was very clean and organized!

I highly recommend this specific location. It is very clean and well lit. Norissa and Alisha were fantastic! I had to change my location 3 times and they didn't mind me re-doing all the paperwork each time. I went back the 2nd day to drop more things off and they remembered my name and greeted me with a smile.
