Joshua the manager provided top-notch service today. After I realized my lock key was bent, I was expecting to pay an expensive locksmith fee. However, Joshua informed me that they provided a lock cutting service at no-charge and that I would only need to purchase a new lock. I was immediately relieved and even more impressed when Joshua attempted to fix my key first, before cutting the lock and making me pay a new lock fee. Although my key was not able to be fixed I still very much appreciated the attempt at saving me some money. Thanks Joshua for the great service!
