I was referred to this Huntsville facilty by a friend. What I wanted was a facility that would understand and meet my needs. Its been 3 years using this facility, and I remain a happy renter. Jeremy, you represent "customer service at its finest"! As a local facility representative, you can relate to the customer's needs. You return calls. Customer satisfaction is important to you, and you make it personal. I appreciate that you listen, hear, and help. Whatsmore, I can tell that you love what you do. I can feel your smile over the phone, just from the tone and calmness of your voice. This allowed me to feel comfortable about asking questions about my storage space. I got solutions, and felt reassured that I made a great choice! I continue to love using this facility, not just for its physical attributes and location (well lit, clean, etc.), but because the local staff is incredibly welcoming and helpful. Thanks Jeremy!

Very clean, up kept and secure facility. Jeremy D. was a GREAT help! Knowledgeable, kind, patient, and just over all welcoming. He made sure every thing went smoothly. Even though there were technical issues due to an IT outage, him and his team made sure I was taken care of. Would definitely recommend.
