Rental payments are due once a month on the date defined in your rental contract. It's likely the same day your rental agreement began at your Life Storage facility. For payment reminders or business invoices, go to My Account.

How do I renew my rental agreement after I book a unit?

Your rental agreement will continue on a month-to-month basis until you choose to end it. You can end your agreement by vacating your unit and notifying the Life Storage office before your next payment due date.

Is this facility's parking free?

Yes, parking to unload and load your belongings at the Life Storage office is free. If you've booked a drive-up storage unit, you can also park in front of your unit for a quick and easy unload.

Does Life Storage give military discounts to active service members?

Some Life Storage facilities offer military discounts for active duty and veterans throughout the year. Check with your facility manager to see if there's discounts available now.

Do I need to call ahead to access my storage unit?

No appointment needed. You can access your storage unit during our listed facility access hours. Just use your personal access code to open gates and building doors.

Blake baber was very helpful with helping me find the correct storage unit. He is very confident and carries him self in a professional manner. I couldn’t be happier with my experience.
