Reserved online and went in person to verify, Anthony was a huge help in walking is through the options. Returning a few weeks later to move in, Chiquita was very helpful by taking a break from cleaning to make a new lease to include my spouse, and filing proof of insurance. Facility is very clean and well run.

We have been working with this location for years. They are now under new management and it has been the best, yet! Chiquita and the other staff are great. The space is the cleanest I have ever seen. The organization & prompt responses on email when I receive a package are very helpful. Happy to still work with this team! Highly recommend if you need storage in the loop area.

Chiquita and the team at Life Storage on Des Plaines are great! We have had a number of storage units over the years in Chicago, but this by far the best. The building is clean, safe, well lit and easy to access if you are a tenant. It feels like customer service is a top priority for the team there, which is rare, especially in an environment or business like this one. I highly recommend this location and make sure you meet Chiquita - she goes out of. her way to take care of you and also knows the names of nearly everyone there! Thank you!!
