"I went to Life Storage to inquire about renting a 10x10. Isabel was kind and patient when I asked her a bunch of pribably silly questions. Isabel took the time to show me the available units, so I can get an idea where the unit was in relation to the entrance into the building. The hallways and the premises were clean. Friendly staff and a clean location is always a good sign."

"After a house fire I stored what I had left in this facility and it has no top to the unit. It was ramsacked and they took everything out without even touching the door, just bent the top bars and left. This company is doing nothing to investigate even with security cameras and locked gates they will not look into it."

"I reserved a unit online received a phone call from Tatiana. She asked what time I would be coming in. I asked her you close at 6 right? She says yes I said I would be there sometime before 6. I get off work at 5 drive to life storage facility get there at 5:30 and the doors are locked.... There was a sign that ready BE BACK AT 6:00! So I call the number which goes to an operator at another location, who then calls and checks if there was any notes left of her taking a break or stepping out..... She found no notes, so the operator tell me she will ha e to write an incident report on this employee. I waited to see if maybe she would show up and nope. Wish I could leave work 30minutes early! Moral of the story I wasted my time here and just left."

"Tatyana and Hillary made my move from out of state to Washington flawless. They received my shipment through UPS, took pictures to show/confirm with me, and stored them. Plus, my shipment was extremely heavy, each box weighing at around 100 lbs. The facility is clean and very easy to access. I cannot appreciate them more. My move would have been impossible without them."

"Fantastic facility. We dealt with Tatyana, a true professional!! We rented two units during a home move, on a couple of occasions we needed extra carts and we also needed to have the doors temporary left in the open position. She was on top of it and assisted us on multiple occasions, making our move less stressful and more efficient."

"I have pretty low expectations for self-storage in general, but this place lowered the bar. Although they had no problem taking my money every month, access to my unit was restricted twice. One time was after hours, so there was no recourse other than to wait (good thing I didn't absolutely need anything at the time). The second time I had to wait 20 minutes for the manager to get back onto the office (only a trainee was present). She told me in order to prevent getting locked out in the future, I would need to move all my belongings to another unit and transfer my account. No thanks, I'll just move them somewhere else. The other issue is that on two out of a handful of times I was there, the same car was loitering outside the door to my unit and throwing their trash all over the place. The manager is aware of the situation and is alright with it (she did at least clean up the trash while they sat in their car). I'm not usually one to complain, but there are plenty of other storage options, choose wisely."

Hillary was personable, knowledgeable, and explained the rental agreement clearly.  She also invited me to see the unit before reserving it, and she showed me how to use the security lock.  The business is clean & modern, and it's close & convenient to home as well.  Rental storage has come a long way since I last need a unit!"

The location is convenient to our home inasmuch as it is not in some far away commercial area but near the residential areas that could use the storage. The rates are about average. It would rank a bit higher if it had a secure outdoor area where an RV could be stored."

"This place is by far the worst storage facility that I have ever been to. First when I arrived there was no one in the office even though it was only 3pm. I signed up online and chose a "premium" unit. I was assigned a unit and I proceeded to it. I found that even though it was posted that it was going to be close and convenient it was nothing of the sort. I was placed on the second floor about 3 rows back. I don't know how this qualifies for a surcharge. To make matters even worse the entrance into my building has a huge bump in front of the door instead of a smooth ramp. The first load I brought in ended up damaged due to it, and I broke about $50.00 dollars in plates. This facility is horrible and expensive for the shoddiness."

"Life Storage was conveniently located and easy to get in and out of. I was met by very friendly staff who walked me through the property and assisted in getting the best size unit for my needs. Several months later, I was able to close my account just before the billing cycle kicked in, so I wasn't charged an extra month. This worked out since I had a 10x30 indoor unit, which is on the higher end. If I had to do it again, I would seek out Life Storage as I received the most professional care and piece of mind."
