The people there were very helpful & friendly. The facility is always very clean AND LAST BUT NOT LEAST, the price is amazingly low! You definitely get allot more storage space for allot less money! What's not to love about that!

Update, 4.27.24 Jeez, A contract signed and yet just 3 months in, Life Storage has broken the contract and instead of the 50 deduct from my account, it's now 89.00 they auto deducted, though we had a contract for 35+ the mandatory insurance This feels like a scam. Removing my auto pay and contacting the attorney Generals office. But wait, I can't log into my account. PREDATORY PRACTICES, BY LIFES TORAGE. BUYER BEWARE. At sign up 2.2024.The manager was very accommodating with my request to preview the unit. And the paperwork, contract, insurance were all very reasonable and quick to finish the transaction. Clean and tidy environment with easy to access location.

I expressed interest in a unit online, and received a call from Monte, who was very helpful. A couple of days later, and before I managed to get to the office to sign up, I also received a call from Carter, who was asking if I had any questions or concerns. When I went in, the pricing and options (insurance, needing a lock, amount of time I need the unit) etc. were all covered very well, and I was shown the unit I was getting. Top notch service like this puts my mind at ease when it comes to signing up for things. Thanks to Monte and Carter both!
