The new company sucks. Pricing is deliberately confusing. It went up almost 50% a couple of months ago. There are 0-3 carts available. There is no telling if there will be any when you need them. Roof leak into the hall for months. "Waiting for approval to fix it". The staff are very helpful although sometimes ignorant about the website. Once you are there in person they are great.

I stopped in just for an inquiry and on the spot got a tour of 2 different size spaces. Timothy was vey informative and compassionate as it was pouring down raining and he made sure we spent minimal time in the rain on the tour. I ended up renting on the same day. It took no more than 20 mins. Would recommend storage. Clean, warm and secure.
