"I am here on business from colorado springs. I recently found myself in a situation where I thought I would need to store a good deal of property here in San Antonio.  I looked at a few storage units but this one stuck out in my head enough for me to take the time to write this review.  It was clean and well maintained even while renovation was taking place.  The manager Tanya was helpful and knowledgeable and seemed like she genuinely cared.  Although I didn't end up needing a storage unit after all,  I will definitely go there if the need were to arise in the future."

"I have a storage unit here as well as another life storage and the customer service at this one is absolutely unpleasant. I spoke to Ilma, who was nothing but disrespectful & rude. If I didn’t live so close to this unit, I would’ve taken my business elsewhere. I noticed that she somehow had a trophy/award for customer service and I have no idea how she would’ve won that. Terrible customer service."

"Life Storage on Broadway is spotlessly clean, meticulously maintained, and has the best manager ever! If you need to store your belongings, they will be safe here. You can even rent online so zero contact during the pandemic. But start checking early because their units fill up fast due to all the things I mentioned above."

"Stored on broadway location for 2.5 years. No humidity or water damage during my stay. Temp controlled room was a bit expensive but worth it to keep your goods dry. Wish they had 24hr access for those of us that work odd hours. Only downside."

"Great place that we’ve used twice now! Elsa is the main up front and shes very kind and so helpful she let us take a dolly and have 10 more miles on the van we rented. So grateful because the van helped us so much and we made two trips without paying extra for miles! Thanks Elsa"
