"This storage chain nickel and dime their loyal customers. Life Choice storage raised my monthly rate "twice" in less than 6 months! Plus, they tripled their late fees and to avoid having late fees you have to either allow them to do automatic withdrawals or pay in person. If you opt for paying online you can and will be denied random access to your account and receive messages stating "Your information is being update". Next they will be charging their customers an access fee every time you enter your storage unit. Recommend not using this storage chain."

"I've been with this location for 8 years, since it was Uncle Bob's. I have rented multiple units. Though the ownership changed, the property has remained under the same manager the entire time. Very happy with this location. Best facility I've ever used. Grounds are well kept and clean. Staff is very professional and responsive."

"If you’re looking for a storage space in Sugar Land area, than this is the one (I’ve dealt with a few and there is simply no comparison). Paul at the front office is by far the best storage management one can ask for (polite, humble, helpful, & always proactively going the extra mile). Pros: - 5-star management - They offer various size storages both indoor (air conditioned) and outdoor - You can get 24 hours by signing a waiver - All storages units are on ground floor - Fair pricing compared to competitors - Overall clean layout of the facility & well kept Cons: - The only issue faced was with garbage being filled early in the week but this has since been resolved ( with a lock being in-place now)"

This is my first payment after the initial that they took upon signing the contract. No notice whatsoever and abruptly charged me $20 for being 5 days late, that I was not even aware. Way to go to rip people!!"

"Wow! I was very highly impressed with the woman working there today! I believe her name was Keara. She was very friendly, very knowledgeable. She answered all my questions took me around and showed me a couple of units, didnt seems put off with me taking to much of her time. She asked questions to make sure I had a big enough space and all the materials but wasnt pushy trying to sell me stuff I dont need. She was very refreshing!"
