"I store my daughter's school things here and I came in from out of town and missed the cut-off for access by 5 minutes. I think if I had called I could have gotten in but I was in a rush and didn't not have a number handy. If the gate is accessed by those of us with a code, why does it really matter WHEN we are accessing the facility? I had to come back the next day and I was NOT very happy about that. If I can get 24 hours access by asking, then the machine where I input my code should take my code WHENEVER I punch it in....not just at set hours......I can understand having set hours for contacting people at the front desk but to do it for an unmanned storage facility seems unnecessary."

I am taking the time to take this survey again (yes, twice!), because I want you to know how much I respect and appreciate the two ladies at the Uncle Bob's location on Granbury Road in Fort Worth, TX. After a TERRIBLE experience at Public Storage, I am afraid I might have lost my mind if it were not for these two ladies. They gave me peace of mind, and I am learning that you really cant place a value on that. Public Storage has lost a customer (and referrals) for life, and Uncle Bob's just gained one. And I'm not THAT old, so that'sxeven better for you. I will NEVER rent with another company again. Thank you for your RESPECT and COURTESY! "
