I greatly appreciate the customer friendly service provided here. I had an issue and actually adjusted my review from my original two months ago. Without my asking for it, someone noticed the review and reached out to me help. The resolution was fair and truly appreciated. This is the place to use for storage! Very easy process for renting a unit, even though it was near closing time, Kendra took the time to show us the unit, explain and answer any questions, and walked me through setting up the app. Very knowledgeable and seems to be someone who can resolve any possible issues quickly! Kendra manages this location and she is the absolute best! She's incredibly sweet, accommodating, and a pleasure to work with. The facility is nice, clean, and secure. I HIGHLY recommend asking for Kendra specifically!!!
