In this world of multi-store companies, front-line employees make the difference between a frustrating experience and a delightful one. Manager Rylei in the Kenilwood Dr location ABSOLUTELY made the experience delightful! Though my personal budget (and storage industry rate increases) caused me to end my current customer relationship, Rylei was patient and kind in explaining my options for move out dates, smaller units, and transferring from one to another. She made me want to stay, and if budget wasn’t a concern, I absolutely would have. It’s easy for a business like this to see clients as transient and one-time, and to place little value on the customer experience. I am grateful that Rylei doesn’t share that view, and that the company has hired this rockstar.
