What looked like a Major problem got resolved in less than 10 minutes. There was a miscommunication about being able to get pallets through the building door. They are too wide. The manager contacted one of their other locations and got me all set with unit that would work. Both locations were extremely knowledable and helpful. All are professionals Thanks for the painless resolution.

I arrived before lunch and the process was fast because I reserved online, But it was confusing because no one explained the lock process (which was a cylindrical lock) and no one told me where my unit was so I had a slight irritation finding it. But the main reason it was irritating, was because I paid for it on the 15th (which was early from my reservation on the 18th) because the employee told me I could lose my unit if I didn’t. (Which was a lie) Then when I went to enter the gate, my code didn’t work because I “technically” wasn’t supposed to use it yet. It was all a ploy to get someone to pay earlier for some reason. (And I don’t like liars) so three stars for them. ((BTW The police use this storage to train their dogs.))
