The good: the customer service was excellent. Never had an issue with the staff. The bad: Had an outside storage and issues with rats. The ugly: Price of the storage kept increasing and by large amounts. Had the storage for a little over 3 years. So glad I got rid of it.

When I first purchased a storage space it was $20 a month now it’s nearly doubled to $40 a month for a tiny space. I live out of state and can’t just get my stuff and find something more affordable… soo I guess I have to continue paying $40 for a small space until I can fly out and get my stuff…
