Sandy is usually on the front desk when I stop in to pay, (that's my choice, you can pay by mail or on line) She is always easy to deal with and outgoing. She makes you feel like you really matter as a customer.  We recently were checking out unit, to see if we could get into something smaller and ran into Terry as she was doing a security check.
