Crystal R, the manager, was so amazing! She is thorough and accommodating. She aided my selection, explained the process and entertained questions. I switched my storage unit from one of the ones on Edson Avenue in the Bronx to Life Storage, and I am so glad I did! Jaszmin, Abe, and Manager Crystal are super awesome, friendly, and accommodating. It's super clean, there's a water cooler, plenty of air-conditioning, I don't have to turn in my ID for a cart or just to get on the elevator and I have a bigger room for a better rate. If you are considering getting a storage space there, do it!
